general application of a spatial and temporal restriction of the right of assembly within a corridor for the Castor transport

is shown below within the transport corridor restricted the fundamental right to freedom of assembly: I. Staging public Outdoor assemblies and elevators (so-called spontaneous meetings) for the period from 06.11.2010, 00:00 clock until 16/11/2010, 24.00 Clock prohibited in the corridor shown in Section IV. II All public meetings in the open air and elevators are for the period from 11.07.2010, 00:00 clock until 11/16/2010, 24.00 Clock prohibited in the corridor shown in Section IV. III. The prohibitions of I and II shall enter invalid as soon as the Castor transport is fully retracted into the fenced area of the intermediate camp. Moreover, the regulatory agency will immediately spatially release certain sections, when no longer needed for transportation.
IV bans are limited to the following geographic areas:
a) The railroad Lüneburg - Dannenberg, including a range of 50 m on either side of railway tracks in the city of
Lüneburg, the three branches off the Dahl Burger and Bleckeder highway entrances to the station, includes the space between East and West Railway Station (Station Street), including the station area, 50 m on either side of the railway line from Lüneburg to Dannenberg, including all at level crossings and bridges throughout the trail and in Annexes 1 and 2 unspecified area around the fence of the transfer station Dannenberg. b) The transportation route Dannenberg - Gusborn - Gorleben, including an area 50 m on either side of the transport route, including 500 m in radius around the entrance of the intermediate camp.
